We are proud to say that we have had nothing but welcoming support from many areas in the city,  and many professionals, psychiatrists, community nurses, health visitors, teachers, social workers, probation officers, police, family support workers, youth workers, to name but a few, that  have contacted us, who are also looking for training, advise, or somewhere to refer clients etc for support, so we now have our professional board who will meet twice a year in a bid to bring our community together.

We feel it is the best way to link the city up, and the best way for the group to get expert advice,  in all areas, associated with ADHD.

we already have many members who have been very patient waiting for our first meeting that will take place in Febuary 2012, and we would like to thank them for there continued support.

                                             THE GROUP

The group offer information advice and support in many areas, to anyone who thinks they may be affected by ADHD or related symptoms in any way, as well as people who have been diagnosed and want to find out more about what ADHD is, and practical ways to meet the needs of symptoms, and relieve presure on individuals, family's and community's.

We have found that by talking to others who are faced with the same challenges daily, weather that is your child getting in trouble at school, not fitting in, mood swings, suicide threats, the pressure put on relationships, how it affects your job, or education, the humiliation in the supermarket, or the money you haven't got to replace things that get damaged! i could go on.

The good news is that along with the realisation that you are not alone, comes some answers, and practical ways that have been tried and tested by people just like you that help NOW :)  look forward to seeing you there.

For those of you that are just not up for the group thing just yet, you can also contact us by e-mail, phone, post, and we also offer one - one support by appointment at our office based at Oasis Academy.

We also have our Facebook Group please show your support by joining.
